Sapphire Dazzle, Bombay Sapphire Gin Cocktail
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz. Ginger Ale
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Juice from two limes
Grenadine
Red Sugar
Combine gin, ginger ale, pineapple juice, and lime juice together and shake with ice. Rim a martini glass with red sugar and then strain the mixture into the glass. Add a small amount of grenadine and allow to sink to the bottom.
